The CB and CBD range also benefit from a hydraulic support stand, which allows for easy management of height and tilt angle. These models also have 100mm diameter polyurethane swivel castors with brake facility.
95mm high conveyor side walls, manufactured in blue antifriction material (polizene) are directly fitted on the conveyor’s belt to prevent products reaching the underside of the belt. This is standard on the CB, CBD and SV models.
The CBD model is the very common swan neck design, often complimented with a paddle separator for part/sprue separation. These units are available in various widths and lengths to suit the application.
These units are in production facilities all over the country and have proven to be extremely robust and reliable.
The CB model is the typical inclined conveyor. It has a lower flat section with an incline, ideal for dropping parts into a box after removal from a machine. The height can be adjusted to fit under many moulding machines and a flighted belt or textured belt can be chosen to suit the part.
This model of conveyor has a single section which can be moved to either an inclined or flat position. These units are compact and versatile to suit a number of applications in a typical production facility.

This model is a combination of the CL and CBD ranges. An inclined section with horizontal discharge, featuring a separator option. These units are well suited to small moulding machines as the overall length to get under the machine discharge area is limited.
