Every moulding machine is guaranteed fault-free and leak-free.
If you experience any problems within 6 months from delivery or within the first 1500 operating hours (whichever comes soonest), we promise to resolve the problem at our expense in a timely manner.
The first three months, or 750 hours (whichever comes soonest), cover parts and labour, while the remaining three months or 1500 hours (whichever comes soonest), cover parts only.
There are a few exclusions:
We do not guarantee nozzle assemblies, nozzle bands and nozzle thermocouples. Nor the screw tip assembly, screw or barrel.
However, we ensure all these items are in good serviceable condition at delivery.
Ancillaries come with a 30-day return to base guarantee, commencing from the delivery date.
