April saw Chinaplas and Yizumi open house events take place near Shenzhen & Shunde, China.
Richard Perry from STV Machinery was in attendance at both events to witness the latest offerings from both Yizumi and the industry as a whole. We’ve put together some facts and figures for both the events, as the scale is truly something amazing by our standards and well worth a visit.
Chinaplas 2025 welcomed a staggering 281,206 visitors over the four days of the exhibition. It’s the largest plastics trade fair in the world, spread over 18 halls covering 380,000sqm. If you have an interest in the industry, this is the place to be to see it all first hand. 4,525 exhibitors were there to show off their products & services. Our particular attention was with the injection moulding machines and associated ancillary equipment.
Yizumi Open house
Alongside the Chinaplas main event, Yizumi held an open factory event at their HQ in Shunde. The event included 10 moulding solutions for people see and a factory tour of the facility. The 10 active solutions included almost the entire range of Yizumi’s machinery, including machines such as the A6 toggle lock, dual platen D1, PET fast cycling 96 cavity solution and vertical moulding machines. All exhibits were in operation and you really got an introduction into the broad capabilities of the group.
