Available from STV Machinery is the ETWO Enmair range of Dual Purpose Water / Oil Mould Heaters. These temperature control units are designed to pre-heat and maintain temperatures of your injection moulding tool.

The most important feature of the ETWO model is the Phosphor Bronze pump mounted vertically in the stainless-steel tank. Other manufacturers use cast iron, external pumps which have a habit of leaking after a few years. This model can be supplied with 6 or 9kW heating power with an optional higher pressure / high flow pump on the 9kW model.

Due to the indirect cooling design this unit can be used with water up to 95 °C or oil up to 160°C The operator interface incorporates a P.I.D temperature controller with an accuracy ± 1°C. A comprehensive “clear text” alarm section provides the operator with an alarm history and current operating status of the unit.

The compact portable unit which is manufactured from non-corrosive internal materials includes two seperate flow and return circuits, automatic filling, low water / oil level sensor, pump pressure gauge, return water / oil display and alarm buzzer. Complies with CE certification.
