The SV38 proportional valve has a very simple and robust design incorporating two pneumatic pistons which proportionally direct the flow of virgin / regrind to the hopper loader.  The unit can be positioned in an accessible position anywhere in the hopper loader suction line.

Setting the desired mix is of virgin and regrind is very easy. Note the total suction time set on the hopper loader. Adjustment of the two digital time settings on the proportional valve controller will give the desired percentage mix.

The integral controller pivots to gain access to the two valves for easy of cleaning.

Connection to the hopper loader via the “signal input wire” ensures the proportional valve only operates during the suction phase of the hopper loader.

All internal parts are made from stainless steel.

Works with any make of single phase or three phase hopper loaders.

3 metre lengths of clear Armaflex hose and stainless-steel probes are available at extra cost.
