Returns Policy – Used Spare Parts

At STV Machinery, we specialise in supplying quality used spare parts sourced primarily from donor machines that are no longer viable for refurbishment. All used parts are carefully tested to confirm they are fully functional before being offered for sale.

• • Used spare parts are sold as-is, without any guarantee or warranty.
  • We do not offer returns or refunds simply due to a change of mind or incorrect diagnosis.
  • Our used parts are intended for use as replacements, not as diagnostic tools.

Exceptional Returns

In exceptional circumstances, returns may be accepted at our discretion. If a return is approved, the following conditions apply:

• • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers administrative handling and helps discourage the use of our stock for trial-and-error troubleshooting.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, both for the original dispatch and any return shipping.
  • Returned parts must be received in the same condition as originally supplied.
  • Request to return a part must be received within 30 calendar days from the original purchase date.

To request a return, please contact us in advance with details of your purchase and the reason for return. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
