Having already experienced the after sales support STV Machinery provide, our decision to buy a 200 tonne Yizumi machine was not a difficult one. We’ve had the machine since the start of 2018 and have been very happy.
After an initial settling in period, the machine appears to be operating in a very stable and repeatable manner. We have had the machine commissioned and run – up with one of the most challenging moulds we have available and the machine has performed well thus far. The service from STV has been excellent, coming in and getting us operational as quickly as possible.
STV have been our preferred Moulding Machine and Ancillary supplier for over 10 years now.
In 2017 we purchased 2 refurbished Arburgs and a new Hopper dryer.
One of the machine did develop a fault but this was swiftly rectified by Richard and his team .
