We have now purchased 4 machines from STVconnect, we were able to see them running, they were delivered on time and in as good as new condition, the after sales service is second to none, nothing is too much trouble for them.
After purchasing 15 machines over a 10 year period we still choose them as a preferred supplier of top quality reconditioned moulding machines.
We bought a 80T injection molding machine from Richard last year and we are very happy about it, so refurbishment means definitely something to STVconnect!
Karl and Richard have set a new level of customer service and support. As a relatively new start-up company, we needed to acquire kit at the “right” price. We spent more than we intended but they had more than we originally thought we wanted!! Nothing seems to be too much trouble and time was certainly no object. They want to make sure that you get what you need and not what they want to sell you. Richard also spent considerable time with us looking at a particularly challenging requirement. This is still “work in progress” but I believe he has given us a route to solving our problem and we are hoping to carry out a trial on one of his machines. On the strength of our first purchase, we have already made a second and many more will follow.
We bought a refurbished 50M in July 2014, trading in our 50T2 in part exchange. The whole process was quick and efficient. The new machine was in and running in no time and has been problem free (Sept as of writing review).
