I’d recommend the guys at STV for your needs. Our new machine is 21 years old… old enough to drink in this state but it’s running lights out – 24 hours a day for us now after a long journey across the Atlantic.
We have now purchased 3 machines from STV over the last few years and each time they have delivered excellent service & quality. The last 2 Arburg machines purchased in January look like new. We will be back again for sure. Thanks again Keith.

From the first contact, it was clear the process of dealing with STV was going to be easy. Outstanding customer service from the outset, Richard, and Karl are friendly and easy to deal with, couple that with being able to see the machine we were interested in run with all its faults (which STV repaired before transit, which further showed the excellent service they provide) and you have a fantastic setup. This will certainly be the place we look to first for any of our needs in the future.
The conveyor we bought earlier this year is great and works really well. We’re really pleased with it and received a great service.
