STV is always our first call when we need an additional plant. We get reliable refurbished machines that look close to new condition. They really care that the machines are performing well. Their refurbished plant is as close as you can get to buying new without the high capital outlay. Since we bought our first one from them several years ago we have bought on average one per year from them. They are also nice people to deal with.
My decision to use STV was fairly straight forward in that once visiting their facility and therefore getting a true understanding to the lengths that they go to, to refurbish machinery gave us the confidence to go ahead and purchase. The machines look the part and fit in our line of machines. On the one occasion, we had an issue with a machine the problem was rectified without any fuss at all. Knowing the machines have been fully refurbished we have total confidence that we will get many years of service from these machines at a fraction of the price of buying new. Would I use them again? You bet!
